Before Your Appointment

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING

Because our time is valuable,
we strive to accommodate and provide the best of our ability, all our appointments reminders and confirmations are sent via text message, please honor your appointment if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 BUSINESS HOURS in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made and confirmed by phone, or voicemail; cancellations by text, Yelp, Facebook, or email are not accepted.

*Clients who have previously no-showed for appointments will be asked to pre-pay the service in full when booking future appointments.

BEFORE COMING TO YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT:

​Remove all eye makeup. Use a mild, oil free cleanser prior to your lash extensions appointment. Removing mascara or eye makeup can be very time consuming and any residual will prevent proper application of the extensions and poor retention of the lash extension. Do not use oil-based makeup removers.

Do not apply any face products in the eye area. The oil found in many moisturizers prevents the eyelash adhesive from bonding to the natural lashes.

LATE ARRIVALS

Late arrivals, there is no fee for a late arrival, however the length of the appointment may be reduced.

Clients arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, late clients may inconvenience our next client.
